Had @metronetfiber installed at my new house on Wednesday. Service went down earlier Friday morning and sounds like it won’t be looked into until Monday. Great first impressions 🙄🙄 I miss my old provider already.

@metronetfiber @MediacomCable So if I don’t open a ticket, how long do you think it will take to bury it on your own? It’s been almost NINE MONTHs. So we are only 3-4 months before you’ll be able to us the frozen ground excuse again. So some time before then? Remember I’m NOT the customer here.

@metronetfiber it’s disappointing that my newly installed service worked for less than 5 HOURS. Been a loyal customer for over 5 years and CHOSE your service when moving to my new place. Now I have to wait nearly 4 DAYS for a repair. #ridiculous
