Answer On the interior side of the lock where the program button is located, there is a jumper that will change the direction of the door. Answer 1. Remove the three screws to the left right and bottom of the lock using either a Phillips head screwdriver or a 3/32 Allen Wrench if the installer had used the tamper-proof screws.2. If there are no screws present, please just remove top portion by grabbing the cover from the sides and lifting up before pulling the cover off.How to remove/install batteries-1.
