There are so many reasons to make this the Kitchen of the Week. First of all, the walk-in wine closet is a great asset. Next, the dark wood floor creates a great contrast for the white elsewhere. Where most kitchens would usually have a backsplash of some sort, they've put small windows which help increase light and provide a nice view of the garden as well.#soldbuyfran#realtorforlife#sellingnashville #dreamhome#livinginwilliamson#tennessee#nashvillestrong#makehomeyours#luxuryhome#franklintn#REALTOR#lovemyclients#buyers#sellers#relocation#ilovereferrals

You know everything you want when you’re looking for a #house. We have a list of the things that should make you walk away. Watch out for sloping floors, saggy ceilings or doors that don’t close right. 🚪Air fresheners should tip you off about what they’re hiding, and a price below market value should also make you worry. 🌲Substandard shingles and poor ventilation are danger signs, especially if the home’s being sold “as is.” 🏠Finally, beware of an up-and-coming neighborhood. You might be dealing with a lot of construction and don’t know how the area will end up. 🏡🏘️#PeopleHelpingPeople #CUDifference #CreditUnion #local #MyGreeley #hometown #Houseshopping #Redflags

🍳 Is your apartment’s kitchen tiny? Do you struggle to find storage for all your kitchen goods? 🍱 If so, check out these pantry organization tricks that will give you the extra space you need in that small apartment kitchen. 1. Use Wire Racks In The CabinetsTo make more room for everything you need to store, use wire racks in the cabinets. These racks stand alone so there’s no installation required. 2. Use Plastic Containers For StorageNot only is this a great way to store your food since it’s airtight, but it also adds a stylish touch to the room’s décor. 3. Use Freezer Bags Remove bulk meats from their original packaging and section it into usable portions using freezer bags. Be sure to remove all the air to compact the bag as much as possible. 4. Use Command HooksCommand hooks use strong, sticky tape rather than nails or screws to hold the hook on the wall. The tape is easy to remove, if needed, leaving behind no visible damage on the wall. 5. Make Use Of The Space Above The CabinetsIf your kitchen cabinets don’t extend to the ceiling, make use of the space above them. 6. Embrace Drawer DividersBy using drawer dividers, you can organize the chaos, which will give you more space for more things. 1 800-680-5060 | Text me at 407-934-0147Yanira Team | G World Nexus Powered by LPTCon Yanira SI se puede!#realty #homes #property #home #condos #construction #design #families #firsttimehomebuyers #homebuyers #homeimprovement #houses #properties #realestate #realestateagent #rentalproperties #house #householdtips #tips #organizing #organizehttps://bit.ly/45RKufu

🌳 Hardwood floors can be high maintenance, but with these helpful tips and tricks, caring for your hardwood floors isn’t such a chore.1. Remove DentsPlace the wet cloth over the dent and run a hot iron over it in tiny circles to pull the dent up. Voila! No more dent!2. Prevent ScratchesPlace socks over the legs of your furniture before moving them. Not only does this prevent scratches in the beautiful finish, but it also makes the furniture much easier to slide.3. Remove Permanent MarkerIf your little Picasso has permanently marred your hardwood floor with a marker, grab a dab of toothpaste and a damp cloth and gently buff it away.Sutharsan Mahadevan | Remax Crossroads Realty Inc., Brokeragesmahadevan56@yahoo.ca | (416) 271-5973#realty #homes #property #home #house #householdtips #houses #tips #organizing #organizehttps://bit.ly/3GnlTno

It's a great advantage to be able to step foot in a home and view it for yourself through an open house experience. However, we do warn you to make sure you aren't assuming that all things on the property are as good as they seem. 🧐👎 Here are some factors to keep an eye out for when viewing an open house:1. Cracks in the foundation2. Water stains & saggy ceilings3. Out of date outlets4. Standing water in the yard 📲 912-441-6551📞 912-410-9119💻 https://lnkd.in/eszvQDh __#SchumanSignatureRealty
