Dr Chang is a fine Dr. You see vascular surgeon because you have a potencially life threatening medical issue. It can be scary. Even after successful EVAR surgery there is monitoring and you have concerns about what might lie ahead. Dr Chang addresses every one of your concerns. He will also recommend tests that help keep you ahead of potential problems down the line. A person with his skill could be arrogant or come off as aloof. He's as down to earth and good natured as anyone can be. I'm very glad he's my Dr

Great doctor

My doctor did not show to my appointment regarding an ongoing blood clot, and I was told that he would contact me over the phone. I did to get a call. I called his office two days later, left a message, and I still haven't received a call.

Dr Chang listened to my concerns and took actions to understand and help resolve the issues I was having. He was very caring and supportive.
